Child & Youth Development Specialist, Mirriam Siluma has vast experience in the field of child and youth care. She is recognised for her direct work with young people, supervision, management, teaching and curriculum development in this field.

She advocates for the professionalization of Child and Youth Care Workers and has assisted Bosasa in the development and accreditation of the FETC: Child & Youth Care with the HWSETA.
