Dr Louis Scholtz - Director of Education

Dr Louis Scholtz is the Director of Education at the Watson Corporate Academy. With more than 30 years of experience in this crucial field, he has transformed the lives of educators and learners alike. A specialist in outcomes-based, experiential education, Dr Louis Scholtz of the Watson Corporate Academy, is accredited with advanced academic qualifications.
He utilises innovative teaching policies to enhance creative classroom management and encourage new ways of thinking. A unique holistic development strategy has been designed and registered in partnership with the Department of Education and other relevant training authorities. It’s provisionally accredited with Umalusi; a council for quality assurance in general and further education. This sophisticated learning programme encompasses a keen understanding of the mindset of children faced with day-to-day challenges.

The significance of the new programme is that the innate potential of each individual is maximised. It harnesses the child’s sense of belonging, mastery, independence and generosity. This one-of-a-kind programme has been developed to channel their talents, desires, abilities and energy in a constructive way. Its purpose is to stimulate their positive self-image, intellectual ability, sense of social responsibility and physical well-being. Each stage of their rehabilitation process is vital to their integration into modern society.

Dr Louis Scholtz has written extensively on building character, discovering one’s potential and the psychological moulding process. He’s also shared his knowledge and insights on strategy, team building and ethics in the workplace.

"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader." - John Quincy Adams
