Munirah Oliveria - Director

Munirah Oliveria has been involved with the Group since our inception, and she currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors. She is considered a prominent and highly respected figure within our organisation. This is not only because of her title, but as a result of her commitment and dedication to the numerous Youth Development Centres we have created nationwide.
Munirah Oliveria is a specialist within her field and successfully carries out her responsibilities as a translator for our strategies and company policies. As a result of her position, Munirah sits at the critical interface between our company and clients. With her strong mediation skills and objective approach to all corporate interests, she is regarded highly by both clients and colleagues. Always promoting BOSASA’s brand and values, Munirah is applauded by clientele on her excellent service delivery and representation of internal and external stakeholders.

Munirah’s ability to provide continuous client satisfaction is widely attributable to her strength in problem solving and the anticipation and limitation of risks. By setting benchmark standards for customer relations through her risk analysis and speedy action, Munirah aims to further her influence within BOSASA. Through promoting a high standard of ethics and providing a dependable and sustainable structure, Munirah Oliveria is a critical part to the success of our organisation.
