Zest For Life This programme is based on the concepts; “Who am I” and “Managing My Life”. The “Who am I” assists the child in their journey of selfdiscovery. The “Managing My Life” empowers the child/young person with a variety of skills that would enable them to make informed decisions and choices.

Me & My Sexuality This Programme Raises the learner’s awareness on the dangers of sexually transmitted infections. Equip the learners with knowledge and skills to prevent and to cope with STIs and HIV/AIDS.

Substance Abuse The purpose of this programme is to make young people aware of the dangers of substance use and abuse. This will in turn assist them to make informed decisions and choices in life and most importantly to be able to manage their lives.

Transforming Violent Behaviour This programme raises the learner’s awareness of what emotions are, educates them regarding the different types of emotions and equips the learners with problem-solving and decision-making skills, that assist in them acting appropriately and non-violently.
