Conrad Moses - Education Coordinator

Conrad Moses joined BOSASA Youth Development Centre from the Department of Education. He is based at the Head Office as an Education Specialist. He is responsible for updating Education Policies and Procedures. His vast Educational knowledge in the improvement of education within BOSASA Youth Development Centres has already begun to benefit learners and educators alike.
With his extensive experience in the field of education, combined with HRD, he is currently engaged with our BOSASA education institutions to promote the education of learners. He is achieving this amount of success through ensuring that the curriculum is well managed and is in compliance with the latest developments in legislation.

Mr Moses has a passion for training and development. He is forever eager to apply these strategies within our institutions. Thus improving the management of education within our centres and improving learner performance.

Educating children in our Youth Centres has various challenges as opposed to mainstream education. It is almost as if they are “forgotten” amongst others. Conrad’s key to fulfilling his mandate in this regard includes the following:
  • To highlight these challenges
  • Facilitate accreditation issues
  • Finding innovative strategies to promote learners as well as educator/instructor experience in our youth centres
